Date:
Locations: Grey High Pool, Dilamns Dam, Grey river (Kiwi Corner), Lake Brunner, Lower Arahura
Duration: 4 days
Clients: Grey High School & JPII High School.
Intructors: Myself, Martijn Van Den Broeke, Jacob Shrama, Rata Lovell-Smith, Chris Harvey
Weather: Cold, drizzle.
Incidents/accidents: None

On the first two days of the week, Martijn was the TL. We had a pool session in the morning on Tuesday teaching confidence drills, how to wet exit and progressing on to rolling. The pool was really cold so we decided to cut it short and head to Dilmans Dam for a flat water session. There we taught forward paddling, sweep strokes, paddling on edge, deep water rescue, swimming with gear and throw bagging. Day 2 was the same but after the pool we went to Kiwi Corner. Flat water session at the start moving down to Taylorville. The next two days i was TL for JPII school. We had a pool session in the morning teaching the same things then went to lake brunner for flat water session. Day 4 we decided to have a river trip down the Arahura. Few swimmers but overall quite a success.
